We purchased outdoor lights in the past and seem to not have any luck with them. We bought less expensive to more expensive units, yet still had problems with rust, corrosion, brittleness, not able to remove the light bulb, screws freezing, colors change to a powdery white, etc. We do not even live by the beach. We were a little weary at first and we bought just a couple of your brass oudoor lights in the dark pewter finish. After five months the fixtures looked the same as the day we received them. The quality seems solid and the powder coating is very even and consistent. I do like the glass globe much better than anything I have seen that is plastic or plexiglass. I have assembled the low voltage lights and laid them out next to the sidewalk to get the spacing the way we like. I will finish their installation this weekend. But they are much, much better than any of the other low voltage lights found at the local home builder stores. Again the frosted glass globe is very superior to the plastic found on other products.
