Kelvin Definition:
A basic unit of thermodynamic temperature (colour temperature or Kelvin) used to measure the whiteness of the light output. The higher the number is, the whiter the light is. When white is over 6000K the light usually begins to turn to blue as daylight.
Kelvin temperature is often referred to as color temperature and NOT the actual temperature of the light source. It only describes the actual appearance of the light itself. Therefore Kelvin degrees are the the measurement of the color temperature that a light produces. A lower temperature indicates a warmer light appearance that has more yellow, while higher temperature would indicate a cooler light that has more blue in color appearance. |

This LED Bulb’s 50,000 Hour rating is from the factory’s test and is in fact a factory rating under laboratory conditions. AQL only warranties this bulb for 30 days. The Rating is only the anticipated life expectancy of the LED Bulb and not a warranty period. Please BEWARE of companies advertising a warranty longer than this..or any warranty. Check their rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) first. It's FREE and Fast to check on any business BEFORE buying. This will give you a real indication if they will actually warranty anything!

Please make sure you are ordering the correct bulb(s) because we DO NOT take back bulbs. This applies to ANY bulb order, whether you bought the bulbs alone or with a fixture(s) and no matter how old the order is and no matter whether they have been used or not. The reason: There is no way for us to determine whether you bought the returned bulbs from us or whether they have been used. Also, to be fair to new customers, we will not take the chance of selling you a used bulb that was returned to us. This policy ensures that all customers receive new bulbs. When you buy from us, you know you are receiving a new bulb! Keep in mind, other bulb dealers that do not have this policy can not guarantee you this! |
