Below information is for Contractors that wish to PICK UP (Will Call) their order.

1) If possible and to better serve you, we ask that you please place your order for pick up (will call), over the telephone (818-534-5300), at least 1 business day in advance.

If you need to pick up (will call) your order the SAME day you place it is also OK, but please understand you may experience a wait and we will do our very best to accomadate you!

2) Order pick up hours are between 6:30AM to 6:30PM Monday through Thursdays.

3) We please ask that if your paying by credit card, that the card holder be present upon pick up of order with ID. Otherwise we apoligize but we cant process your order for pick up.

Please note that you will not be charged until you arrive and your order will not be pulled until after payment is processed, therefore please expect anywhere from a 10 minute to 45 minute wait (depending on the size of your order) for your order to be pulled after payment is made.

We trully apoligize as we do NOT accept personal, company or cashier's checks. We ONLY accept Money Order, Cash or Credit Cards. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a $50 minimum order for pick-up (will call) orders. Thank you for your understanding
