If you need to file a claim regarding a missing, damaged or defective item, you will have to fill out our below claim form.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any claims via the telephone. Sorry, but No Exceptions as this allows us to properly
research and document all claims to better serve you.

REMINDER: We are CLOSED on FRIDAYS and WEEKENDS.
These days do NOT count as business days. For damaged items, please keep the items and all original boxes & packing material.
We will be sending UPS to investigate the damage(s) in order to expedite the claim.
In most cases we will send out your replacements while the damaged claim
is being processed so you can complete your job in a timely manner.
We have a $100 minimum order requirement before any other charges. Thank you.
