This housing is for NEW construction jobs where there is NO existing drywall or you may be able to use for existing drywall ONLY if you have enough access or crawlspace to be able to install this housing.

This unique housing is Air Tight rated and can handle up to a 100 Watt Bulb. It is still IC rated* but it is also Air Tight sealed in key engineer specified areas. Customers must also pay for return shipment of the replacements. This is because of the very low profit margin on these items.
