the fixture (including the roof, but not the pole or chain)
This item can be returned if the finish and/or lens is not what you expected in actual condition with the following provisions: (a) you will have to ship back at your own risk and expense after obtaining a return good number; (b) you will have to pay to have it refinished to another color (this charge will vary between $25.00 - $75.00 per fixture for finishes and $50.00 - $80.00 per fixture for the lens); (c) you will have to pay for the shipping and handling and insurance back to your location. Also, please note that this item cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for other units.
This item can only be cancelled or changed in any manner within 48 hours after you place your order with us. After 48 hours, if this item has not shipped, you will be responsible for a 40% restocking fee. If this item has already shipped, our regular terms of sale apply (ie. they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable). |
