this fountain light is designed with what we call a hood to reduce side glare and most importantly, it utlizes Twist and Lock technology. This is important for an underwater light because you won't have screws or threads to worry about seizing or corroding when it comes time to replace this pond light's bulb. We also designed this underwater lighting fixture with an adjustable arm that will allow the head to rotate from completely straight up to allowing the head to aim down at the surface. This underwater light's adjustable arm is attached to a retaining bowl / base that you can fill with pebbles, rocks, etc...simply use your imagination.
