This pond light is designed with our Open face design which allows for full light distribution. This large fountain light is perfect for when you want a wide flood type of underwater light. Fact: Another plus is that this underwater lighting fixture uses a 12v PAR36 bulb. This light bulb will still operate even if submerged under water. This light bulb also comes in many wattages and beam spreads allowing you to have a larger variety of light output and direction options. We named this pond lighting fixture after the Sphinx as it has survived all these years, so will this fountain lighting fixture. This under water light is great for lighting your ponds, fountains, pools, or any outdoor water feature!
